A company that only pays when a third party gets involved. Don't pay interest and costs despite saying that they will. Had decrees (court judgments) against them and a winding up petition. Their credit rating is awful and that just speaks volumes of how they treat their suppliers. Also, be aware that despite not paying, they will then request further services and when advised that they never paid for the last works, rather than try and sort out payment they hang up!
