Debtor company has refused to pay invoices, we spoke to the Director who is a Mr Tim Horrocks who instructed his solicitor to contact us. His Solicitor is now saying that the reason for non payment is that the agreement was not signed by a Director but by a member of staff who had no authority. We have demonstrated that the business was paying some of the invoices so the Director clearly knew about the agreement.
