Terms & conditions For User Registration

These Terms and Conditions govern the subscription services offered by Will They Pay, specifically for the "Business Essentials," "Business Pro," and "Business Premium" packages. By signing up for any of these packages, you agree to the terms set out below.

  • Tier 1: Business Essentials - £49.99 per month
  • Tier 2: Business Pro - £149.99 per month
  • Tier 3: Business Premium - £249.99 per month

Your chosen subscription plan will be billed on a recurring monthly basis. Payments will be automatically deducted from your payment method at the start of each billing cycle unless cancelled in accordance with the cancellation policy below.

The billing cycle begins on the day of your subscription sign-up and recurs every 30 days. You will be charged on the same day each month unless the date does not exist in a specific month (e.g., February), in which case you will be charged on the last day of that month.

We accept credit and debit cards, as well as other secure payment methods as indicated at the time of payment. It is your responsibility to ensure your payment details are up to date. If payment fails, you will have a 7-day grace period to resolve the issue. If payment is not received within this timeframe, your subscription may be suspended or terminated.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel:

  • Navigate to your account settings and follow the cancellation instructions.
  • Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will not be refunded for any unused portion of the subscription for that month.
  • After cancellation, your account will revert to the free plan, and you will lose access to the features of the paid tier at the end of the billing cycle.

Will They Pay operates on a no-refund policy for all monthly subscription packages. Once you have been charged for a billing cycle, there will be no refunds or partial refunds for unused services, even if you choose to cancel the subscription before the end of the billing period.

In exceptional circumstances, such as technical issues that prevent you from accessing the service, we may consider issuing credits or refunds at our discretion. Please contact our support team if you believe your case warrants such consideration.

You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time:

  • Upgrading: The new package features will be available immediately, and the pro-rated difference for the upgrade will be charged to your payment method for the current billing cycle.
  • Downgrading: Changes will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds or credits will be provided for downgrading.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your subscription at any time if we find that you have violated our terms of service, engaged in abusive behaviour, or used the platform for fraudulent or illegal activities.

In cases of termination due to violations, no refund will be provided for any remaining portion of the subscription.

Each package comes with specific features outlined at the time of subscription. Please note:

  • Features, including review requests, responses, disputes, and analytics, reset at the start of each new billing cycle.
  • Unused features from the previous month do not roll over to the next month.

Will They Pay reserves the right to adjust the subscription pricing, features, and services offered. Any changes to subscription fees or features will be communicated to you in advance, and will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

If you do not agree with the changes, you may cancel your subscription prior to the new billing cycle in which the changes will take effect.

Subscribers to all paid packages are entitled to technical support during normal business hours. For any issues, please contact our support team at support@willtheypay.co.uk.

Will They Pay will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use of the subscription services, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruptions, or inability to access features due to third-party service failures.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree that any disputes arising from or relating to this agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales
